Im not sure - the most i've drank of that stuff was 5 spiked eggnogs, 5 eggnogs, 5 dwarven ales, 5 absinthes and 5 witches brews. I don't even know for sure that you can really pass out, all that happened to me was the screen looked really really really messed up and my character would not stand, and i keeps saying "its spinning" and "i love you man". But the screen looked awesome, I couldn't really see my character
